In 2017 our family business was established in New Zealand producing and selling only the highest quality products to meet your expectations. We have 6 generations’ knowledge, experience and tradition behind us which supports us to ensure the highest quality standards during the selection of our ingredients and production. Our long-lasting connection with the Italian Rognoni family can guarantee the highest quality of Italian cheese and meat products. Among these, you can discover the world famous prosciutto, bresaola, gorgonzola, and pecorino. We handcraft our Anzil salami from 100% New Zealand beef, pork, lamb and venison.

Our unique distribution channel means that you can buy our products directly from us in local markets, as our center is Waikanae in the Wellington region. Meeting our family and our colleagues in person at local markets, you can sample our products and then choose your favourites, with professional help and advice of the experts. The other possibility to purchase our products is through our webshop, where you can make your selection from the comfort of your home. We are proud of not only the quality of our products but the service we provide alongside your purchase, starting with introducing the products through advising on recipes and finally to follow up your feedback and suggestion to be able to exceed your expectations on your next visit.
