Special Terms & Conditions

We will make every effort to get your order to you in perfect condition.

We are cutting the size of your cheese as you order it, therefor the slice can be slightly smaller or bigger than you determined in your order. We make all the effort to be the most precise possible.

We can only guarantee that you will never receive smaller amount of cheese or meat products than you paid for. The total weight of your cheese or meat will be exact or greater than your order.

To make sure that your order will reach you in perfect condition, we will dispatch your items in a polystyrene bin, a chilltainer, or with chill wrap ice replacement pads. Your order will be stored at fridge temperature until it is collected by the courier. The above taken steps will ensure that your items stay in cool condition until they reach you.

We dispatch your order on Monday and Wednesday. Any order arrived by Sunday midnight or Tuesday midnight will be cut and wrapped couple hours before pick-up, than placed in the chilly packaging to start their travel to your doorstep. Our goal is that you receive it one to three business days after placing it.

Delivery times will be confirmed individually by text message or email..

We are unable to dispatch to rural delivery addresses due to the extra time taken by couriers to complete the delivery. We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes and Private Bags. Shipping is not available to addresses outside of New Zealand at this stage.

The minimum value per order is NZ$30.

Any order which comes to less than NZ$50 will be charged NZ$10 for delivery to any urban and North Island regional addresses and NZ$18.00 for South Island deliveries, in New Zealand.

Orders over NZ$50 will qualify for free shipping.

Please place separate orders for each separate delivery location.

A signature is required on delivery. If this is not possible, please provide instructions for where to leave the parcel, but we need someone to be there to sign the consignment.

If any item you have ordered is out of stock or no longer available, we will contact you immediately to confirm a replacement. If we cannot contact you within a couple of hours, a similar item of the same or greater value will be substituted.

Once we have dispatched your order we are sending you a confirmation email with the shipping reference number.
